  • Experience as an HVAC technician or installer

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • EPA certification preferred
  • Experience with ductwork, thermostats, and commercial HVAC is a plus

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on HVAC Technician who takes pride in quality work, clear communication, and great customer service. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, completing installations, and helping customers keep their systems running efficiently.

What you’ll do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
  • Assist with AC installations and system replacements
  • Work on ductwork repairs and airflow-related issues
  • Install and service thermostats, including smart thermostats
  • Perform routine maintenance and system checks
  • Communicate clearly with customers about issues, options, and recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
  • Support residential and light commercial service calls
